Dionne Wong
Dionne is dedicated to the art and science of human movement. With a diverse movement background spanning ballet, contemporary dance, salsa, and Capoeira, she possesses a deep, intuitive understanding of physical expression. By integrating these disciplines with her clinical expertise as a Physiotherapist and her specialised training in Pilates and the GYROTONIC® method, Dionne provides a holistic approach to rehabilitation. Her mission is to help clients restore structural alignment, attain movement control, and develop strength.

Pilates
Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that focuses on core control and axial elongation, improving posture, and increasing body awareness.
Acupuncture
Evidence-based, western medical acupuncture in physiotherapy practice. It involves the insertion of thin, sterile needles into meridian points to relieve pain and improve sleep quality. It is used for conditions such as migraines, chronic pain, and musculoskeletal problems .
The GYROTONIC® Method
Gyrotonic sessions facilitate elongation and joint decompression. The specialised equipment provides you with a supportive environment to enhance freedom of movement, increase strength, and dynamic stability.
Physiotherapy
An evidence-based discipline dedicated to the restoration, maintenance, and optimisation of physical movement and functional independence. Each session begins with a comprehensive clinical assessment, followed by the implementation of an individualised treatment plan comprising exercise prescription, massage therapy, and acupuncture.
